1. 통장을 만들고 싶어요.

   외국인등록증과 재직증명서 같은 서류를 달라고 할 수 있어요.

2. 체크카드도 만들어 주세요.

   Please make me a debit card too.

   체크카드 = 통장 돈으로 바로 결제하는 카드.

3. 해외로 송금하고 싶어요.

   I want to send money abroad.

   받는 사람 이름, 계좌 번호, 은행 코드(SWIFT)를 준비하세요.

4. 송금 수수료가 얼마예요?

   How much is the transfer fee?

   은행마다 수수료와 환율이 달라요. 비교해 보세요.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 보내는 금액에 따라 달라요. (It depends on the amount.) · 오천 원이에요. (It's 5,000 won.)

5. 오늘 환율이 어떻게 돼요?

   oneul hwanyuri eotteoke dwaeyo?

   What's today's exchange rate?

   환율 = 돈을 바꾸는 비율.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 저기 화면에 나와 있어요. (It's on the screen over there.) · 어느 나라 돈으로 바꾸세요? (Which currency are you changing to?)

6. 달러로 바꿔 주세요.

   dalleoro bakkwo juseyo.

   Please change this into dollars.

   달러 대신 바꿀 돈 이름을 넣으세요: 엔화, 위안화, 유로.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 얼마 바꾸시겠어요? (How much would you like to change?) · 신분증 보여 주세요. (Please show me your ID.)

7. 비밀번호를 잊어버렸어요.

   I forgot my PIN.

   비밀번호 변경은 보통 본인이 신분증을 들고 가야 해요.

8. 카드를 잃어버렸어요. 정지해 주세요.

   은행 앱이나 고객센터 전화로도 바로 정지할 수 있어요.

9. 현금인출기가 어디에 있어요?

   Where is the ATM?

   현금인출기 = ATM. 편의점에도 많아요.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 1층 입구 옆에 있어요. (It's next to the entrance on the first floor.) · 편의점에도 있어요. (There is one in the convenience store too.)

10. 통장 정리해 주세요.

    tongjang jeongnihae juseyo.

    Please update my bankbook.

    통장 정리 = 통장에 거래 내역을 찍는 것.

    들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 통장 주세요. (Your bankbook, please.) · 저쪽 기계에서도 할 수 있어요. (You can also do it at that machine.)

11. 월급이 들어왔는지 확인하고 싶어요.

    월급 = 매달 받는 임금.

12. 모바일 뱅킹을 신청하고 싶어요.

    휴대폰이 본인 명의여야 하는 경우가 많아요.

13. 계좌가 정지됐어요. 이유가 뭐예요?

    체류 기간이 끝났거나 오래 안 쓴 계좌는 막힐 수 있어요.

14. 이 돈을 제 계좌에 넣어 주세요.

    입금 = 돈을 넣는 것, 출금 = 돈을 빼는 것.

15. 돈을 찾고 싶어요.

    I'd like to withdraw money.

    돈을 찾다 = 통장에서 돈을 꺼내다.

    들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 얼마 찾으세요? (How much would you like to withdraw?) · 비밀번호를 눌러 주세요. (Please enter your PIN.)

16. 이 서류는 뭐예요?

    What is this document?

    모르는 서류에 바로 서명하지 마세요.

17. 영어로 된 서류가 있어요?

    영어 대신 다른 언어 이름도 넣을 수 있어요: 중국어로 된, 베트남어로 된.

18. 잔액을 확인하고 싶어요.

    잔액 = 통장에 남아 있는 돈.

19. 휴대폰 번호가 바뀌었어요.

    번호가 바뀌면 은행 인증 문자를 못 받아요. 꼭 바꾸세요.

20. 번호표를 뽑고 기다리면 돼요?

    은행 창구는 업무별로 번호표가 달라요.
