1. 원룸을 구하고 있어요.

   원룸 = 방 하나에 부엌과 화장실이 있는 집.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 보증금은 얼마 생각하세요? (How much deposit are you thinking of?) · 어느 동네를 원하세요? (Which neighbourhood do you want?)

2. 월세는 얼마예요?

   wolseneun eolmayeyo?

   How much is the monthly rent?

   "500에 50" = 보증금 500만 원, 월세 50만 원이라는 뜻이에요.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 보증금 500에 월세 50이에요. (5 million deposit, 500,000 a month.) · 관리비는 따로 있어요. (The maintenance fee is separate.)

3. 보증금은 얼마예요?

   bojeunggeumeun eolmayeyo?

   How much is the deposit?

   보증금 = 나갈 때 돌려받는 돈. 계약 전에 꼭 확인하세요.

4. 관리비가 포함돼 있어요?

   관리비에 물, 인터넷, 청소비가 들어가는지 물어보세요.

5. 집을 직접 볼 수 있어요?

   Can I see the place in person?

   물, 곰팡이, 난방, 창문을 직접 확인하세요.

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 지금 같이 가 볼까요? (Shall we go and see it now?) · 내일 오후에 가능해요. (Tomorrow afternoon is possible.)

6. 언제부터 들어갈 수 있어요?

   eonjebuteo deureogal su isseoyo?

   From when can I move in?

   들어가다 = 이사 들어가다(입주).

   들을 수 있는 대답 · You may hear: 다음 달 1일부터 돼요. (From the 1st of next month.) · 바로 들어올 수 있어요. (You can move in right away.)

7. 계약 기간은 얼마나 돼요?

   How long is the lease?

   체류 기간보다 계약 기간이 길지 않은지 확인하세요.

8. 계약서를 천천히 읽어 보고 싶어요.

9. 등기부등본을 보여 주세요.

   진짜 집주인과 빚(근저당)이 있는지 확인하는 서류예요.

10. 집주인하고 직접 계약할 수 있어요?

    집주인이 아닌 사람과 계약하면 위임장을 확인하세요.

11. 물이 새요.

    보일러 = 난방과 따뜻한 물을 만드는 기계.

13. 언제 고쳐 줄 수 있어요?

    날짜를 문자로 받아 두면 좋아요.

14. 쓰레기는 언제 버려요?

    종량제 봉투, 음식물 쓰레기, 재활용을 따로 버려요. 동네마다 요일이 달라요.

15. 분리수거는 어디에서 해요?

    분리수거 = 플라스틱, 종이, 캔, 병을 나눠서 버리는 것.

16. 이사 나가려고 해요.

17. 보증금은 언제 돌려받을 수 있어요?

20. 전입 신고를 해도 돼요?

    주소 신고가 가능한지 계약 전에 물어보세요. 보증금을 지키는 데 중요해요.
